Essential - always on

These are strictly necessary for the site to work, so they do not need consent and cannot be switched off.

• Sign in: a secure, HTTP-only session cookie that keeps you signed in and cannot be read by scripts. It is removed when you sign out.
• Security: a token that protects forms and requests from cross-site request forgery.
• Payments: when you pay, Stripe sets its own cookies to detect and prevent card fraud. This happens only on a payment step.

Analytics - only with your permission

If you allow it, Halo Hive records which pages and steps people use, so it can fix what is confusing and improve booking. It is off until you accept.

• First-party only: the data is Halo Hive's own. It is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
• No profile, no cross-site tracking: a random identifier is held for the browser tab only and is not linked to your name or account.
• Your control: Accept turns it on; Essential only, or closing the banner, means nothing is stored or sent.

Your saved choice

Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so the banner does not ask on every visit. It stays on your device and is never sent to a server or tied to an account.

Changing your mind

Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page to reopen the choices and change them at any time. Clearing your browser's data for this site also resets everything.

Third parties

There is no analytics platform, advertising network or social pixel on Halo Hive. The only third party that sets a cookie is Stripe, and only for payment fraud prevention when you make a payment.
